On The Run Auto Care is at 2535 Blackwell Street, Suite 12, in the Sheffield Glen industrial area off Innes Road in Ottawa's east end. We serve east end Ottawa first, and a steady number of Quebec side drivers from Gatineau and Aylmer. Each of the pages below explains what that drive actually looks like from where you are.
Ottawa
We are an east end shop and that shapes who we serve well. Innes Road and the 417 bring in drivers from Gloucester, Blackburn Hamlet, Beacon Hill, Cyrville, Carson Grove, Vanier, Alta Vista and Orleans. Gatineau
For a Gatineau driver the cost of coming here is the bridge, not the kilometres. The Gatineau page covers which crossing suits which sector, why an off peak appointment or a full day drop is the right call, and the difference that matters most to you: Quebec requires compliant winter tires from December 1 to March 15 and Ontario requires none at all. Aylmer
Aylmer sits in the west sector of Gatineau, which makes the trip longer than from Hull and makes the choice of crossing more important. The Aylmer page is honest about that distance and explains the situations where the drive still makes sense, usually a booked appointment, a bigger job, or a day when you are already coming into Ottawa. The same December 1 winter tire deadline applies. Aylmer is largely francophone and we serve customers in French.

Whatever side of the river you are on, tell us where you are coming from when you book. Common questions
Which areas are you genuinely close to?
Gloucester, Blackburn Hamlet, Beacon Hill, Cyrville, Carson Grove, Sheffield Glen, Vanier, Alta Vista and the west side of Orleans. Innes Road and the 417 connect all of them to us.
Do you serve Kanata, Stittsville or Barrhaven?
We will happily work on your car, but that is a cross city drive and we will not pretend it is convenient. For routine maintenance a shop closer to you is the sensible choice. If you are coming east anyway, plan to leave the car with us for the day.
Can you service a Quebec plated vehicle?
Yes, for repair and maintenance. Anything tied to your SAAQ registration or a Quebec mechanical inspection has to be handled in Quebec.
